While a few VMs had to be power-cycled on different nodes to minimize impact, most Guests and services were unaffected. Emails with additional information will be sent to those impacted.

The servers running on them might be seen as unavailable and not reachable. However, the servers themselves are up and running.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance window, users were unable to delete or perform changes to already existing virtual machines and drives through the UI and API. Account information also could not be edited. Running services were not directly impacted during the maintenance.

Scheduled - CloudSigma would like to inform you that API maintenance is currently in progress. This maintenance is focused on changing the domain name for our cloud infrastructure in Riyadh to ruh.cld.v2.sa

IMPACT:
Users are unable to edit the configuration of virtual machines and drives via the UI or API throughout the maintenance window. Deletion of the aforementioned is also not possible. Account information cannot be modified. The creation of new objects remains functional. Brief interruptions to the WebApp and API may also occur.
