CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our API server in the Riyadh cloud location.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface, for about 60 minutes. Also, a brief interruption of the web interface may occur.

[RUH] API Server Maintenance
Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that the API Server Maintenance scheduled for the Riyadh cloud location has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. No work will be carried out during the originally announced maintenance window, and no impact related to this maintenance is expected.

At the moment, no new date has been scheduled. We will share further details and send a new maintenance notification once a new maintenance window has been confirmed.

Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that the emergency maintenance of our VMware platform for 2026-06-21 20:00 UTC (2026-06-21 23:00 AST) in the Riyadh cloud location is postponed for a future date, due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will inform you as soon as we can update the maintenance schedule and resume the planned activities.

Scheduled - CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform an emergency maintenance of our VMware platform in the Riyadh cloud location. During the maintenance, we will perform software configuration in VMware vCenter.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, operations such as vMotion, VM deployment, and configuration changes will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. Running VMs inside the VMware infrastructure will not be affected.
