Investigating - CloudSigma would like to inform you that, currently, the accessibility of the drives in the Riyadh Region is limited. While the issue prevents the creation of new services, already existing ones are not affected.

Completed - There was no impact on already existing customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers were unable to perform calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 5 minutes. Also, a brief interruption of the web interface occurred.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface for about 5 minutes. Also, a brief interruption of the web interface may occur.
